Can I cancel my organizational membership if my club is no longer racing?

While organizational membership can be canceled at any time, a refund will only be issued within the first 30 days of purchase and assuming the crew has not used the membership to compete. Once a member organization has participated in a USRowing sanctioned regatta, they are no longer eligible for a refund regardless of the date of cancellation. All organizational memberships end on December 31 of each year.
