How long is my organizational membership valid?

Organizational memberships are based on the calendar year and expire on December 31, regardless of what day you renew and whether you are purchasing the insurance coverage or not.   

Teams that do not renew their membership on January 1, 2024 and use USRowing insurance are not covered during the time period of lapsed membership. USRowing insists all organizations renew their membership at the start of the year and don’t wait until racing to do so. Accidents can happen at any time and you will not be covered during practice if you don't renew immediately.
