Some athletes have duplicate accounts, how can I merge these accounts?

If a member appears more than once on your roster, they have one or more duplicate accounts. To merge the accounts, select two duplicate accounts at a time by clicking the tick box to the left of their name and then clicking ‘Merge Selected'.
