How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to the individual member portal login page. Click “Set/Reset Password” and input your member ID number and date of birth. You’ll be prompted to select either an email address or phone number where you’d prefer the reset link to be sent. If you don’t receive the link within five minutes after requesting the link, your email or phone number is likely mistyped or the communication was sent to your spam folder. Submit an inquiry and ask the email address be updated so that you can change your password.
