What is the Basic and Championship renewal discount?

Individual members of USRowing who renew prior to expiration or within 30 days of expiring receive a discount on their renewal. Basic members receive $5 off and Championship members receive $10. The discount applies if you renew to a different level of membership and new Learn-To-Row Members are eligible for the discount should they renew as a Basic or Champ member.
